Low Pressure House Washing
We use low-pressure power washers to clean your home and protect the paint. Our eco-friendly, biodegradable chemicals are safe for plants, animals, soil, paint, and, most importantly, people. This combination ensures an efficient and spotless cleaning.
This basic pressure washing covers all vertical surfaces of the house, including windows, but excludes patios, driveways, roofs, walkways, sidewalks, and fences.
Low Pressure Roof Washing
Using eco-friendly soaps and mold killer, we professionally clean and renew your roof. Our low-pressure power washer maintains the integrity of your shingles. Note that roof washing is only available in conjunction with house pressure washing.
Deck Washing
We use the right chemical combinations to clean your deck while preserving its structural integrity. Our low-pressure cleaning clears soil and dirt without damaging the stain or paint.
Driveways and Sidewalk Washing
Using degreasers and high-pressure surface cleaners, we can blast your concrete driveway and sidewalks to remove most stains and dirt. However, some old oil stains may not be removable.
Having Realistic Expectations
Think of pressure washing as giving your home a deep bath, like a dental cleaning for your house. While it significantly improves the longevity of your home’s paint, there are limitations to what it can achieve. Here’s what to keep in mind:
Remove Rust
Pressure washing does not cure rust. It can wash away some oxidation, but it cannot stop the rusting process. Rust is like cancer; the only way to eliminate it is to cut out the affected part and replace it.
Remove Stains from Gutters
Standard gutter cleaning focuses on removing debris to ensure proper water flow. Cleaning the outside of gutters is typically not necessary and is mainly for aesthetics, especially for white or light-colored gutters. Stains baked on by the sun may not be removable, even with high-powered chemical washing.
Plants
Water and chemicals can splash and run off onto plants and grass. While we do our best to minimize damage by thoroughly wetting plants and grass beforehand, some chemical damage is unavoidable but usually recovers in a few months. If issues persist, contact us.
Oxidation of Aluminum
Paint on aluminum surfaces, like siding or flashing, can become loose and powdery over time due to improper painting and sealing. This is not caused by pressure washing. A painting company will need to address oxidation by thoroughly removing it and repainting. This issue is rare, occurring in about 1 in every 900 homes.
