Not all gutter cleaners are the same here in the Denver / Metro area. I clean your gutters from the roof using a harness and rope system. This keeps any possibility of damage to the gutter by ladder movement very low. This system of gutter cleaning is not used often because of the danger and liability involved but there is no replacing it.
